Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring fragile ceramics are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Refund or Credit

Once our studio inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
