We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a complimentary replacement.

Are your kitchenware items microwave and dishwasher safe?

Yes, the majority of our stoneware is both microwave and dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand-washing pieces with gold leaf or delicate hand-painted detailing to preserve their finish.
